Quality services

Its a gaming platform, theres not much to say about that ahaha.
But the quality of their products is perfect!
They had some stupid marketing over the years. And they failed a lot of things.
But its a VERY VERY big company and still managed to not abuse of their users.
All my respect.

Worst service ever

Worst service ever. Getting worse by the year. Make it almost impossible to get any help with issues. Very impossible to talk to anyone real. $200 controller can't even last 6 months

Lbox

So, if you ever bought a xbox, oh sorry i mean Lbox, instead of a PS, you be missing out chief. If you have chosen Lbox over Ps you prolly a broke bih, cuz Lbox is a cheaper version of a good console.

My email account was hacked 3 weeks ago…

My email account was hacked 3 weeks ago . They then got into my son's Xbox account and changed email and password. He has had Xbox one since it came out. He tried going online to Xbox and Microsoft but got no joy. He has spent a fortune on games and add ons. It is horrendous that u can't speak to anyone to try and help get him into his own account again.

Xbox One is my favorite

Nothing beats Xbox One, however I wish the prices were a bit lower.

"Thanks for your money, loser!"

Xbox (via the Microsoft store) steal their customers money.
They sell faulty games and after you've figured out the game doesn't work properly, they say "Tough luck, you should have known it wouldn't work before you downloaded it. Thanks for your money, loser!"
If you attempt to get a refund even just a day later, they say no.
I've been a loyal xbox game pass customer for years, but that doesn't matter to xbox or Microsoft.
They don't care about their customers.

Microsoft really gave it to us this time around.

This launch of the Xbox Series X was a debacle. Knowing that bots were purchasing so many units, they still did the large online orders. You would think that they would allow you to purchase directly from your existing console as an option first, to show loyalty to existing customers, but we need to remember that at the end of the day it's about overall sales. Microsoft isn't that concerned about who's hands the systems get into, as long as the systems sell. Phil Spencer was happy about record sales. He should be, sad part is that those record sales weren't mainly from existing users because many of us didn't have an opportunity to preorder dealing with scalpers and having to work. Then, in a gangster move, they decided to not let people go in-store to purchase on November 11th; following Sony's path, which was pathetic. Adults know how to safely distance while waiting to purchase a system. How about, in the past we could just walk in to a retailer after the showcase and place our preorders, real people in real time. Well they said "hell no" to that. Announcing the date beforehand got the scalpers prepared.
With so much time to prepare, it seems that the sales team didn't have a clue.
I expected much better from Microsoft based upon past experiences and all of the years of owning the Xbox machines and their launches. Stop blaming things on COVID-19 and instead blame things on incompetence.
Truly disappointing.

Useless

One of the most useless, stupid, unreliable consoles I've ever laid my hands upon.
I've had a ps4 for over 5 years and it worked perfectly without any issues.
My xbox one started having issues after just one year. Randomly crashing, not starting games, not connecting to my network, all completely unprovoked. Whats the point of a console that starts acting up for literally no reason?
The interface is the worst I've ever seen. A GAMING console that doesn't show your GAMES when you start it? What brain dead executive thought of that?
Everything is overpriced, the customer support is garbage, the exclusive games are worthless, there is literally no reason to touch this hot pile of garbage. I cannot not recommend this junk enough.
Don't waste your money.
